Rick Leenstra, Sr., Chairman & Co-Chief Executive Officer
Since founding ATS in 1980, Rick has applied his extensive experience with configuration-based life cycle maintenance support systems for Naval ships and systems to the development of ATS' technology and service offerings and is the co-inventor of ATS' patented CCM technology. As Chairman and Co-CEO, Rick leads the ATS Board of Directors and is responsible for corporate oversight.

David E. Wachter, President & Co-Chief Executive Officer
David joined ATS in 2005. In his current role as President and Co-CEO, David is responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and leadership of the company. In addition to these responsibilities, David functions as ATS’ Chief Marketing Officer and is a member of the company's Board of Directors. During his twenty-five year career, David has successfully productized technology, launched new ventures, and driven growth at both small and large technology firms. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mars Hill College and an Executive MBA from St. Thomas University.

Gerald Caponera, Chief Technical Officer
Gerald joined ATS in 2009 and serves as Chief Technical Officer. A seasoned solutions-oriented architect and program manager with extensive intelligence community experience, Gerald has a proven record of designing and delivering cost-effective high performance IT systems and products for such companies as SRA International, BEA Systems, US Interactive and Lockheed Martin. Gerald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Buffalo, a Master of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.

Felicia King, Chief Financial Officer
Felicia joined ATS in 1987 and has guided ATS through the financial, contractual, and human resource challenges of a growing company. She is responsible for finance, accounting, human resources and facilities. A Certified Public Accountant, Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech.

Carey B. Kolb, Vice President, Information Engineering
Carey joined ATS in 1996 and is responsible for managing and growing the Information Engineering business, including the sale of professional services and products to the federal government. Carey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa, and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.

Doug West, Vice President, Naval Engineering
Doug has been with ATS for over fourteen years. He is responsible for managing and growing the Naval Engineering business. A Navy veteran, Doug also previously served as an executive at AMSEC LLC. Doug holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Almeda University.
