Rick Leenstra, Sr., Chairman, Chief Executive Officer & President
Since founding ATS in 1980, Rick has applied his extensive experience with configuration-based life cycle maintenance support systems for Naval ships and systems to the development of ATS' technology and service offerings and is the co-inventor of ATS' patented CCM technology. As Chairman, CEO and President, Rick leads the ATS Board of Directors and is responsible for corporate oversight.

Ed Hallda, Vice President, Strategy and Business Development
Though one of the newer executives (having joined in 2009), Ed certainly isn’t new to the world of business development. As both a veteran and contractor, he brings more than 19 years of Navy service and federal business development experience to the fast growing ATS team. Prior to joining ATS, Ed served as Business Development Executive for D4 where he was instrumental in bringing several million dollars of defense contracting to the Kitsap economy. Prior to D4, Ed was Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of Business Development for a public company where he successfully built business partnerships and strategic alliances to form the largest online business-to-business mortgage marketplace on the Internet.

Felicia King, Vice President, Finance and Human Resources and CFO
Felicia joined ATS in 1987 and has guided the company through the financial, contractual and human resource challenges of a growing company. She is responsible for finance, accounting, human resources and facilities. She is a Charter Member of the West Sound Chapter of the National Contract Management Association and has been treasurer of the local chapter since 1991. A Certified Public Accountant, Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech. 

Carey B. Kolb, Vice President, Systems Engineering
Carey joined ATS in 1996 and is responsible for managing and growing the Systems Engineering business, including the sale of professional services and products to the federal government. Carey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.

Doug West, Vice President, Readiness Engineering
Doug has been with ATS for more than 16 years and around the U.S. Navy as a maintenance technician, configuration data manager and readiness analyst for 30 years. He is responsible for all aspects of the Readiness Engineering Division business. A Disabled Navy veteran, Doug also previously served as an executive at AMSEC LLC. He is one of the founding members assisting in the establishment of the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Council and serves on the Board of Directors (BOD) as Secretary.  Doug holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Almeda University.

Jeff Pendry, Director, Systems Engineering
Jeff joined ATS in 2001 and established the QA effort at ATS, working closely with the developers to ensure ATS software met and exceeded rigorous performance and reliability requirements. He is now responsible for delivery of solutions to our government and commercial customers which includes managing scope, schedule and budget.  In addition, Jeff works closely with integration and technology partners to develop solutions that are beneficial to our customers and our partners. 

Dennis Wilkelis, Director, Naval Engineering
Dennis is a Navy veteran and has been with ATS for more than 22 years. He is responsible for product delivery, process improvements, budgets, cost estimates, personnel, schedules, marketing and proposals within his division. Dennis has grown into his position by starting out on the deck plates. He takes an active/hands-on management approach. Dennis also has served as an executive at AMSEC LLC.
