Sr. Strategic Planner/Operations Analyst

Seeking Sr. Strategic Planner/Operations Analyst to lead projects related to INSCOM, an Army Command that conducts intelligence, security, and information operations for military commanders and national decision makers.

• Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, to meet contractual & project requirements.
• Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements.
• Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure cost, and schedule objectives are met.
• Interface with top management, responding to their requests for financial data and to resolve reporting and compliance issues.
• May conduct or lead project audits.
• Perform system integration and resolving operational challenges associated with acquiring a multifaceted programs or projects.
• Significantly contribute to the creation and tracking of all plans and documentation to support execution of a program or project.

• Bachelor, Masters, or specialized degree and 10+ years of domain experience or specialized training & 13+ years of domain experience.
• Recognized specialist in relevant field.
• TS/SCI clearance.
