Suffolk, VA – April 13, 2010 – Applied Technical Systems (ATS) has secured a contract with the County of Chesterfield, Virginia to provide skills development and technical training services to County personnel.

Under the competitively bid one year contract, ATS will provide skills development and training services in networking, system and security administration, programming, development methodology, project management, system/process analysis, business process management, and enterprise application integration.
