
| Applied Technical Systems Secures Contract with Chesterfield County, Virginia to Provide Technical Training Services |

Suffolk, VA – April 13, 2010 – Applied Technical Systems (ATS) has secured a contract with the County of Chesterfield, Virginia to provide skills development and technical training services to County personnel. Under the competitively bid one year contract, ATS will provide skills development and training services in networking, system and security administration, programming, development methodology, project management, system/process analysis, business process management, and enterprise application integration. “We are pleased to have this opportunity to support the technical training needs of Chesterfield County,” said Doug West, Vice President of Naval Engineering for ATS. “This new contract, our first state/local government contract in Virginia, builds on our extensive training experience.
